Staying at present this guesthouse is is very clean and tidy, good breakfast to start your day ,really cheerfull helpful hosts who can’t do enough for you ,good off street car-parking ,well done to you and your staff you made our stay at The Ivernia Hotel in Skegness first class thanks.

Located about fifteen minutes walk from the railway station. And probably about the same distance from the town centre.
I received a warm welcome.
Three big supermarkets near the train bus interchange all within easy reach. As are local restaurants.
Stayed for four nights B&B, good welcome from owner given key with metal tag that’s got lock number on for bedroom, easy to see and use. Stated in a single room that was spacious, plenty of drawers and hanging space. Bed comfy, toilet and shower spotless. Small tv on wall, tea and coffee provided. WiFi was strong signal through out the hotel. You get a choice of what you want at breakfast, I omitted some items didn’t want too much, there’s toast with good choice of jams, pastries, cereals and fruit juice, tea or coffee. A good hotel couldn’t fault it, in quiet position not far from beach, boating lake just bit farther up road town, all easy reach walk.
This was a weekend away with family and friends which was a party of 9, check in was nice and quick, the owner was a delightful down to earth lady who was right up our street, room 7 was allocated to me ,which was very spacious for a single room, the breakfast was superb all in all i would recommend the Ivernia and we have booked up for next year.
