Our policies, kindly understand we put these in place for the enjoyment of all of our guests:
It is recommended all guests take out travel insurance.
Minimum 2 night stays
No pets
Any damage is chargeable
We accept sole occupancy in rooms, however the rate will reflect the room size
All bookings can be confirmed via email, letter or text
Bookings are secured upon receipt of deposits – deposits are £20.00 per room
Our
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation period is 30 days, an initial deposit is taken and works on the following tariff:
Cancellation 30 days prior to your stay – a full refund is given
Cancellation 21 days prior to your stay – 80% refund
Cancellation 14 days prior to your stay – 60% refund
Cancellation 7 days prior to your stay – 50% refund
Anything less than 48 hours notice will require payment in full
